WAFBEC 2019 (Day 6) – Afternoon Session 2 with Dr Cindy Trimm

Before Dr Cindy Trimm began ministering she commended the hosts – Pastor Poju Oyemade, and his wife Toyin Oyemade for inviting her to the event.

She discussed a little bit on the theme – Fruitfulness. One of the things she said was that it is a great topic, which everybody (not just Christians) should practise. “When you’re fruitful, then you can have dominion”’ she said.

She mentioned the different dimensions where believers are to be fruitful. Some are Intellect, Voice, Institution, Social dimension, Cultural dimension, Economic dimension, Spiritual dimension, Technological dimension, Corporate dimension, Physiological dimension.

Then she taught on the intellectual dimension since our entire life is shaped by vision. According to her, “God downloads the thoughts he has towards you into your mind and it becomes your vision. You should be able to see yourself in the future through your vision”.

She went ahead to explain some key principles of Vision.

One of them is Imagination, and she stressed on the need to prepare a vision statement. “God will reveal His vision for you. Daniel 2: 28, Luke 4:28-31She mentioned personal brand, marriage, person growth and development are some of the areas to focus on when writing a vision. She emphasised the need to write your vision and not duplicate others as it can lead to frustration.

She stressed the need to write down the vision. This is so that God will give a supernatural flow.

A reason she gave, why most people don’t finish their vision is that they didn’t put a start and finish date. “You have to work according to divine timetable. Everything has to have a start time and an expiration date. There is a time and season for everything”, she said.

She also encouraged everyone not to give up on the vision, saying, “It will surely come to pass”.

I’m sure that by the time you finish listening to Dr. Cindy Trimm’s full message, you will understand the importance of envisioning your life towards success, especially this new year. You can listen to the message at WAFBEC DAY 6 AFTERNOON SESSION 2
