This morning on Day 5 was Pastor Keion Henderson’s first time sharing at WAFBEC. His topic was “I am in the fight of my life”, and he shared on what happens when God makes a covenant with us.
He told the story of David and Goliath in 1 Samuel 17, and while ministering, shared that God has a big destiny for some but they still trying to figure out how to get to there. “When you don’t know where you are, be at peace and let God take you”, he opined.
Using Jesus’ statement, “I am the way, the truth and the life”, he taught that you should have a relationship with the Way especially as you don’t know the way. According to him, “They that trust in the Lord shall renew their strength”.
While explaining the fight to be overcomed, Pastor Keion mentioned that for there to be an upliftment you have to go through something to into your next level.
He explained the importance of knowing the right time to fight and the kind to engage in.
Another thing he mentioned was the need to access divine favour during the season you’re in battle. “God can turn things around to make you first”, he said. “In the next 12 days”, Pastor Keion prophesied, “riches will come into your hands and health in your bodies”. Amen!
Using the battle between David and Goliath, he prophesied to the congregation, “You will hit everything you aim at in 2019. This is the year you will get ahead. God is getting ready to make you so powerful that no weapon formed against you shall be able to prosper and every tongue that rises against. Your victories will be verified”.
