Dr Kayode took over from Pastor Andy. He commenced his session with a song by Tope Alabi, titled “I see Mercy”. Then he shared on the subject of Grace.
He started by saying that Faith is the equipment designed to carry Grace! He referred to God’s promise in Acts 2:17.
He said that there is always an impartation of Grace at conferences like this and that helps move individuals from where we are to the next level.
He added that everyone must go with a mind far beyond revelation. “To receive the impartation, you have to receive by faith not judge the revelation shared by the men of faith.”, said Dr Kayode.
Encouraging the congregation to trust the Holy Spirit, he admonished that systems, structures and strategies are great but they will fail outside of the Spirit! It will require the grace to draw it by the God kind of faith.
Reading from Rev.21:5, he said that God is in the business of new things and this ‘New’ speaks of a freshness which is a function of life. Whenever there is an injection of life, there is the NEW! With God’s life injected, there is no possibility for degeneration!
Dr Kayode quoted 1 Cor.15:10. He said God told him that this decade is going to be about Grace, not by efforts – although you labour abundantly, Grace will ensure the delivery.
As he closed this session, he spoke on the importance of receiving. “All we have to do is just receive!”, he said. “Do we fast, pray and give? Yes, we do but all of that is taking a position to receive! We are all the product of Impartation.”
