MORE THAN CONQUERORS (Be a Giant Killer) – Psa. 18:32-34, 144:1, Eph. 6:12
Dr. Patta shared on the topic – Warfare. He said that the reason God is teaching us warfare is because we have an inherent trait to possess what we want by warfare.
You cannot possess what God has promised you without a battle. You are not a loser – you are royalty – but to possess, you have to war. Deut. 9:1
There are illegal occupants on your property – what God has released to you. Unless you kill the giants, you will not enter into your inheritance.
Christianity is not a religion – it is a lifestyle. It is not a passive lifestyle, rather, it is an active lifestyle.

HOW DO GIANTS OPERATE?
Giants operate primarily through fear and intimidation. They appear huge, impossible and difficult. 1 Sam. 17:4-7, 11-12, 26-35
Anytime you see something, it speaks to you.
When you hear the enemy speak, something happens. The giant tries to place fear and intimidation in your mind. Fear is a spiritual force that is designed to paralyse.
Sometimes, when you are faced with enemies, fear could set in by watching or hearing. Fear is the opposite of Faith. As God desires your Faith, the enemy desires your Fear.

When you are faced with opposition, you have to say something. The longer you are quiet, the devil gets louder. Mark 5:23-24
When the devil tells you it is all over, tell him, “it is not over”, for the word of God is the truth.
Believe what you have confessed out of your mouth. Mark 5:35-37. Hold on to your belief because what you believe and confess is what will be manifested in your life. Sometimes, what you believe might not manifest immediately because you have to learn to fight through patience. Num. 13:33, 1 Sam. 17:34-37
David did not become a giant killer overnight. There was a process to it. You don’t become a giant overnight. God will take you through the school of the Holy Spirit where He will train you.

WHAT DO GIANTS DO IN OUR LIVES?
Giants reveal who you are. The obstacles in our lives introduces us to ourselves. Your response in the hour of your trial reveals who you are and what you are made up of. Dan. 3:17, 11:22
Giants are tools to shape our lives. The Holy Spirit is our teacher, but God uses our tests to reveal somethings to us. If you are looking to grow up, you can turn every obstacle into an opportunity. Don’t run from your enemy, run towards your enemy. If you learn how to walk by faith, God will deliver you and lead you into your inheritance. Prov. 24:10
