At the start of the Holy Ghost service Rev Scott Webb opened the scriptures to remind us of what the Holy Spirit has come to do in us and on our behalf.
John 15:7, 14:1-15
It’s our job to let His Word abide in us, but it’s the Holy Spirit that will help us abide in God. In the second scripture reference the context that Jesus used it was not with reference to death as is often the case. Rather He said He would go and prepare a place for the New Testament believer and that the Holy Spirit would come and give us access to those things.
When we see what belongs to us and has been created and stored up for us…everything changes!
John 14: 19-23, 5:1-6
The Word tells us about those things but the Holy Spirit SHOWS US. Manifestation occurs when God connects us with these things.
There’s a realm where everything you need exists and it’s the Holy Spirit that connects us to it and shows us that realm! He also becomes the conduit that brings them to you.
The Holy Spirit knows how to connect us to the supply of the provision available to us. He connects you with that realm in order to bring the manifestation into whatever aspect of your life i.e. body, family etc.
It’s not our job to bring heaven to earth, the Holy Spirit takes us into God’s presence and when we return it’s done.
The Holy Spirit works with the Word; we must not try and work without the Word! We have to work His way and not demand that He do it our way.
