Praying in the spirit opens the door to the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Praying in the Spirit for at least an hour daily is a good practise to cultivate even though it’s hard but if we can do this as believers we’ll see the change and difference in our lives. This discipline is the secret of great men.
In Matthew 16:7, we come across a dimension of prayer that Commands. It is the prayer that looses and binds things on the earth as they have been bound in heaven.
God has given us dominion, we are expected to stand and exercise this dominion in commanding Prayer. We were created a shade lower than Elohim and given the ability to function just like Him.
The reasons we can issue commands with this type of prayer includes:
However we must remember that you can’t tolerate fear and have dominion at the same time!
As a matter of fact this Authority is an honour God has granted unto us (Psalm 149 v9)
Whatever the situation, circumstance or position, you can stand on the authority of the name of Jesus and command a change.
You don’t have to remain stranded or battered, use your authority in Commanding Prayer!
